Dear Friends,
I am in big confusion. Please help me out. For last one month in my area 3G network is very poor after evening time. It became very tough for net surfing. Signal bar is showing full strength and 3G logo also showing. But while surfing it is not connecting of very slow. If I change the mode to GSM it is little bit working but speed is very slow.
I found with surprise that Symbian 60 based mobile (5800, E71, E72, 6120, N82) getting better response that S^3 based mobile (N8, C). Is it technically possible or all are my thinking only.
I talk to out network provider, they accept there are a network problem. But it seems to me that other than S^3 mobile working better.
I am using N8. Please reply.
Thanks.

Hey buddy,

This is exactly the problem i faced with my N8 and 3G. I even had issues with voice connectivity while on 3G network. After I changed the setting to GSM, it works fine.
So its your service provider's network which has a prblem not your phone in my view.

Do let me know if you find it otherwise.

Cheers
GM
