hi guys
its moody here from London. I am using Nokia n8 since last 8 months but never had any type of problem. Actually its all my fault. Last night, i was making a bootable usb through my laptop but unknowingly my Nokia n8 which was already plugged in was detected by that software and that bootable software was installed in Nokia mass storage. Now the problem is that i never had any backup or never use any media card in my Nokia. My all previous data is now hidden somewhere in mass storage as its still shows in Nokia file manager and in my computer that 13GB Memory is used by other files.
Is there any way to recover that data. Please reply me. I just want my baby son's pictures and his videos. All the files are still in the memory but i cannot able to access them.
Thanks in advance.

the problem you told.. i am currently having the same kind of problem...
the mass storage is corrupt.... went to nokia care two times... they formatted nd gave d phone... saying dat it won't happen again... bt as soon as i open it in mass storage mode via USB on any computer/laptop... all the files disappear nd just .lnk files appear...
it works fine with ovi suite mode...
if you know how to repair this.. if ur problem was solved and u have used mass storage mode on computer without any problems, plz tell... Sad
thank u.. Smiley
