Author Topic: PROBLEMS IN DOWNLOADING ATTACHMENTS ON NOKIA MESSAGING  (Read 2830 times)

I had set up a yahoo mail box in the nokia messaging srvice(push mail)i am able to send and receive mails without any problem,but could not download the attachments(docx,pdf etc).the size of the files are also less(30..400kb)still could not download.
when i click the download link..this message is coming
"error occured,unable to connect,check our connection configurations"
i dont face any problem with internet access,but dont know whyi am facing this problem
any body having a solution for this problem?

try deleting and recreating the mailbox

Recieving mail attachments has worked oke since I own teh N8. But since a few days I have the same problem and the same error message. Ik can send en recieve mail oke but attachemenst will noet download

its an OS problem , it cant be fixed from changing settings.
you have to wait till new firmware is released.
