Hi,
First of all this new anna update have bringed soooo many problems with it for me and many other peolpe.
The thing is this - I updated my phone to Anna by ovi suite (it automatically backed up data in second step) then I saw the 'unremovalbe access points' (I told about them in my first topic) are not gone I thought it would be connected with the backup then i reinstalled it again but this time i didnt let ovi to backup (I had another backup in my flash card so if there would be any problems I would backup then) The installation end but when the phone restarted it gave a warning message 'Phone setup: Feature not supported' (I knew there was bad news for me when saw the message but this was the smaller one) Everything was looking normal for the first 30 seconds but then a message came to screen 'Phone start-up failed.Connect retailer' then I wasn't able to do anything with my N8 except turning it off by pressing the power key (also i noticed that the power key options - general silent lock phone switch off etc .are working but i can do nothing with the screen).I swiched it on/off many times after the 10th or 11th attemt i was waiting for the message to come but it didn't so i used my phone normal for 1 day but next time I switched it off then on the samee issue
I tried backing it up from my flash (I told before),factory settings,reinstalling from ovi but nothing works for this s**t.I'm about to go crazy.What can I do ?
Anyone having or had the same problem ? PLIIIZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP !!!
