Never ending "media transfer in progress" message

I noticed this from day one of using my phone, now I just disregard it. If the PC says that data transfer is completed then I accept that it has and remove the connection. The phone seems to be OK with this and all files are transferred as they should be. I suppose that it is just a software bug that will be rectified soon, however it does beg the question as to just who tested this software? It seems inconceivable to me that a fault like this could slip through. It would help if Nokia identified and acknowledged these glitches as this would go a long way to reassuring the customer that the situation is in hand, but I suppose that is wishful thinking. Perhaps it is just a way of testing consumer loyalty, if it is , then at times it can be a pretty tough test!
