 have read in many forums that after hard reset QT and OVI store application will be lost. If I reinstall phone software (my version is 011.012) through OVI suit, will I face the same problem?
I want to reinstall the phone software because I am facing problem for opening “Social Network”. When I try to open it, I got the message “Script alert: Sorry, please uninstall and reinstall communities.” I have reinstalled it but same result.
Do you have any idea how to solve the problem?

Don't worry about losing the QT and OVI application on your phone. After doing a hard reset, you can connect your phone to your pc using OVI suite and it will download the OVI application on the phone automatically.

Yes I am not loosing QT or OVI store. I have reinstall the software and it solves my problem.
