Hey guys, i know this is suppose to be a N8 forum, but i figured i could post some problem on my C7 here as well, since the C7 forum is pretty much dead.
Bought the first C7 on 26th, after updating to Anna, everything seemed fine.
So i bought a second one for my dad on the 27th, after updating to Anna, the camera stopped working, it would freeze everytime i try using it. only way to reset the phone was to remove the battery. After soft reset and hard reset the camera would not work as well.
Today the first C7 went pitch black on me, no response to hard reset, no light comes on when power plugged in. In desperation i tried to flash the phone with phoenix, and failed miserablely because the pc won't even note there's a USB device connected
Both phone are the european version, made in hungary, have receipt and the warranty showed they're both still under warranty. However i'm in Canada lol... fcuk hell. Is there a slight possibility that Nokia warranty is global? Meaning i could fix the phone locally instead of having to send it back to UK?
And any light shed on my 2 poor C7 would be great too, one has a camera that would freeze (Tried soft/hard reset, flashed with phoenix and still same thing) and the other one is completely dead, phoenix flashing always fail on the "waiting for USB connection" part
