Has anyone figured out how to to send Deferred messages. When pressing the messages in the outbox I do not get the options pop up to re send or delete. Full power off and restart doesnot work. Seems to be multi media messages that get stuck.

My wife is having the same issue......  The message just sits in my Outbox saying "Deferred"..  No way to click on it to Open, Edit, Delete, or Resend... Booooo...... Any ideas besides resetting the phone....

I had the same problem.  To remove them you have to delete the conversation with the person the sent the message to.  This happens with picture messages for some reason the message does send to the the other person but it stays on the oitbox.

That procedure didn't work for me.  But found another solution by using PC Suite 7.1.30.9 version going into messages and deleting from there.  HTH someone, this was causing me a problem for quite a while

Yes, it did fix the "deleting" issue, thanks for that. But deleting the conversation deletes all the messages with that person. Is there another way to get rid of the differed message only?

Found a way around it for those of you who may come up against this ..........

If you go to  Messaging - Conversations  you can highlight the deferred conversation and delete it from there
