Hi, I own the N8 for the last 3 months or so, but 20 days back my outgoing calls switched off completely and even after the normal tries of restarting the phone etc. it didn't turn on again. However, I could send sms, receive calls and also access the internet. I check with vodafone and even they said that there was no problem from their side and all bills payments were received by them on time.
So I decided to try to replace the sim with my friend's sim and use the phone. Surprisingly, the outgoing calls were on. After that I again put my old sim back into the phone and the outgoing calls had started working fine. The problem now is that this turning off of the outgoing calls is happening frequently and it has turned off atleast 5 times in the last 15 days.
Can anyone help me understand what the real problem might be? And what is the right solution? (I have downloaded a lot of apps and themes from OVI ... is any application causing this problem?)
