i was deleting some e mails earlier and my phone has frozen (hung, stuck) or whatever it's called......

the inbox is still visible, but none of the buttons work and can't turn it off  Cry

any suggestions please!!!!!

hold your finger on the power button for 8 to 10 seconds and that should sort it out
