I'd like to have it running in the background 24/7 so that I can receive Skype and VOIP calls all the time. The only options I can find all sign me out of Skype completely. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how to make this happen? This basically minimizes the program. To access it, just hold down the homescreen button until the list of running programs appears. I hope this helps. I managed to solve the problem by going to Options>Show Open Applications>Exit. Skype is then running in the background effectively. If you hold down the physical button on the front of your phone for a few seconds, it's the same as going through options/show open applications. But either way works.
