contacts transfer to my car blue tooth help

Hi i am new here but can see this is going to be a wealth of knowledge to me !! i am struggling to get all of my contacts onto my incar blue tooth this has not been a problem with my old x3 but i cant seem, to get it to work on the lushious n8 i have a vauxhall if that has any bearing on things hoping for a bit guildance also i have stopped recieving emails but cant seem to work out why again any help would be great Alan Scoggins
