Open OVI suite and go to synchronize.  Specify all of what you want synchronized because if you select synchronize all it will synchronize all -- not just what you had in mind! I do this about once a week on my work computer - along with my notes, calendar and tasks. Then you can even let him syncronise every time you are in the neighbourhood of your computer.
