Head Phones not working

Hi All,
its only one week old phone and i try connecting headphones, but i only get some times crakling sound. Is it some problem with headsets or is there any tweak for this to get right?

hello,

is not a trick, you just need to push a little harder the headphone connector, until you hear a definite click. It must be no space between the connector and phone, it must goes all way down.
Only then headphone is connected properly with the phone.

fine. but jus for ur info : when i put it in i do see a headphone logo on top of the phone. even though the logo comes i get this clinky sound Sad

hm...

weird... looking over my post, i realised that i used the term headphone, corect is headset, that incorporates also microphone. You say headphone, is it something else, not the nokia supplied one ? I'm asking because i noticed this weird behaviour trying to use an old htc/apple head set, both were not working and was hearing strange noises out of them..
if you are using the genuine one, then push it all the way down, so that you can not see at all the 3.5 mm connector, should be gapless between conector and phone.
Else... i don't know.

I want to know how to delete the password protected files if you have forgotten the password, is there any software or program which can help me here.

connecting Bluetooth Headphones : BH 503 - surely it is just a matter of setting-up a new Bluetooth connection : Tap > battery icon > tap connectvity [the double-arrow] > bluetooth etc

If your head phone is in replacement warranty than you can replace that and also you can repair at store if possible.

Now it will not fully seat or activate. ... at work so many times and still no scratch!!! just the headphones jack is broken from my auxilary cable!
