Hi, im new here, and i have been browsing this forum for some time now, never saw a PICTURE thread for pictures taken by the Nokia N8

so lets make one!

This thread is for anyone with a Nokia N8 that would like to share some of their quality pictures taken with the phone itself

please also specify if you used a tripod or a magnifying glass or any other attachments

Lets see those pictures! Grin

I like this thread.  We don't really have a lot of user pictures floating around yet, so it will be nice.  I've got nothing special really, nothing fancy at least.

I attached a simple dusk picture I took.  I believe the camera was in auto with just the flash turned off.  It might have been in night mode, but the images don't end up that much different either way.  I am using the HyperX compressionless cam driver, although I still had to go in with Photoshop and compress the jpg to fit the 1.8mb filesize limit for attachments :p

...maybe I should resize it, lol.  As nice as it may be to look at a full res version, it doesn't exactly fit on the screen well.  Some form of zoom feature would be cool, but look at a 100% sized image is a bit ridiculous.

If the N8 camera is better then the camera on the N85 I am more then happy... Wink

i just got my nokia n8, now all i need is my case and screen protector(already being shipped) then its time to start taking some pics!
